11.

Decisions are raquired on the following points:-

(a) Whether a contribution of half the cost of the

extension at Kai Tek should be made from Air Votes .

(b) Whether there are grounds for asking the

Hong Kong Government to make a financial contribution towards the cost of

sites required for Air Force purposes in the Colony and if so whether this contribution should take the form of

a waiver of the capitelised Crown rant.
